What is your return policy for damaged items?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with a photo of the item to receive a free replacement or full refund.

Can I use Pyrex glassware on the stovetop?

No, Pyrex glassware should never be used on a stovetop (electric or gas), under a broiler, in a toaster oven, or on a grill, as these direct heat sources can cause the glass to shatter.
